The big bang was the first sound ever, billions of years before any form of life existed to listen to it.
Remnants of it will still roam the universe when all life has gone forever.

Somewhere inbetween the icon was projected into our minds.

And right now... WE want to make you listen.

::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: the operation

[mescalinum music research] means love and passion for sound and music. Sounds and music in every possible sense. If you know that special feeling in your heart, then you have an idea of what we stand for. There are no boundaries for us, hence [mescalinum music research] is not limited to a particular style or trend. We release sounds and music for just one reason: because we know it is right.

::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: history

[mescalinum music research] was founded around the new millenium by beta, shortly before meeting Matt Sick. By pure chance two individuals came together via Audiogalaxy, a p2p-network that was solely about exploring new music and sharing it with people from all over the world. Soon they discovered that they were practically musical soulmates. They shared the vision for a web-based music label and since then run this joint.

::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: ideology

[mescalinum music research] is a private, non-profit organisation. We are living the cliché of individuals who release music just for the sake of it. We don't make a living out of it and we never will. Music is not about money. Art cannot be measured in materialistic terms. This is what the true underground really is about, and we are a part of this story.

"Music is a partial perception of a wave band which exists.
Music exists.
It is not made, it is also not administrated, actually it is not classifiable in any material form known to us. To say 'I have created that', 'I have composed that' actually is already presumptuous and very vain.
I am of the opinion that you arrange frequencies - if you can put it into these words anyway - and bring it into an order, a very subjective personal order, into something that already exists.
And looked upon from that point music doesn't belong to anyone."
